Based on the triple helix theory framework, this paper systematically deconstructs the practical challenges in the collaborative mechanisms of current entrepreneurial incubation platforms, including insufficient integration of specialized and innovative education, weak management service efficacy, and inefficient coordination. The study proposes a trinity mechanism optimization measures encompassing“education chain-service chain-ecosystem chain”. At the educational level, a hierarchical integration strategy of“knowledge-ability-ecosystem”is implemented through interdisciplinary project workshops and industry-tailored courses to enhance students'professional competencies and entrepreneurial literacy. On the management front, a dynamic evaluation model incorporating technical maturity and market alignment is established, coupled with a full-cycle service system integrating technology transfer, financing connectivity, and commercial promotion. For collaboration, a risk-sharing and benefit-sharing mechanism is designed to strengthen industry-university-research synergy.

In the context of developing new quality productivity, innovation and entrepreneurship education in local applied undergraduate colleges urgently needs to meet the needs of regional economic development, and cultivate applied talents with interdisciplinary innovation capabilities and practical skills. However, there are still problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in local applied undergraduate colleges, such as incomplete curriculum systems, insufficient practical platforms, and inadequate school enterprise collaboration mechanisms. This article proposes the construction of a“1234”innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem, with the core of serving regional economic development and cultivating applied talents. It designs a dual line integrated curriculum system of“thinking and innovation+specialized innovation”, implements a“three in one”teaching mode of theory, practice, and competition, and builds four major carriers: the“government school enterprise”integration platform, the second classroom practical education platform, the industry university research collaborative education platform, and the“double innovation”teacher development platform. It forms a full chain education model of“interdisciplinary+ability progression+value shaping+practical empowerment”, and promotes the cultivation of new quality talents in local applied undergraduate colleges and the high-quality development of regional economy.

The OBE (Outcome-Based Education) philosophy emphasizes a student-centered approach focused on the attainment of specific learning outcomes. The micro-project teaching strategy, by breaking down complex knowledge into smaller, manageable projects, facilitates students’progressive mastery of skills and concepts. This paper proposes that effective implementation should begin with the careful design of micro-project introductions to stimulate student interest. It also advocates for the development of detailed implementation plans with clear objectives to guide student learning. Conducting pre-assessments helps accurately gauge students’foundational knowledge. A diversified evaluation system is recommended to comprehensively assess the teaching process. Through hands-on exploration via micro-projects, students engage deeply and enhance their information technology competencies. Post-assessments based on micro-project presentations are used to evaluate instructional effectiveness. Finally, reflective sharing between teachers and students helps consolidate knowledge and deepen its application. Practical evidence demonstrates that this teaching model significantly improves student engagement, knowledge acquisition, and practical skills, offering valuable insights and new directions for the reform of information technology courses in vocational colleges.

After ten years of construction, the college crowdspring space has become the core base of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice, and has gathered a large number of excellent college students' innovation and entrepreneurship talents, and the research on their growth rules and cultivation mechanism will be of great significance to the construction of college crowdspring space as well as the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in colleges and universities. It is found that both college students'creators themselves and their teams follow the“five-force self-incubation”inner-cycle growth mechanism of“execution, education, creativity, leadership, and ideology”, and are driven by the “four-creative fusion”outer-cycle of“thinking-creative fusion, specialization-creative fusion, science-creative fusion, and industry-creative fusion”to rapidly complete the transformation of college students into creators, under the promotion of the external cycle of“four creation fusion”of“thinking, specialization, science, and industry”, the metamorphosis of college students to creators is rapidly completed, forming a general“self-incubation-double cycle”growth mechanism. In the future, the cultivation of university students'creators will be extended to both ends of the university in time dimension and to the off-campus in space dimension, so as to expand the closed loop of cultivation of“self-incubation-double-circulation”, and to gather more resources to improve the ability and level of university students'creators and serve the construction of an innovative country.
