Vocational education must achieve high-quality development, and the curriculum is its fundamental carrier and key. Private vocational colleges and universities integrate the“position-curriculum-competition-certificate”into the entire process of curriculum construction. This is not only a fundamental requirement to improve the adaptability of the curriculum but also an important measure to enhance the quality of talent cultivation. Based on the practical background of the mutual integration of“position-curriculum-competition-certificate”, and in conjunction with the teaching objectives and implementation requirements of the pre-school child behavior observation and guidance course, this paper proposes a curriculum construction path oriented by the integration of "position-curriculum-competition-certificate" from five aspects: focusing on job requirements, optimizing curriculum objectives, and promoting student development; aligning with typical tasks, introducing competition and certification standards, and reconstructing curriculum content;updating teaching concepts, focusing on the teaching process, and improving teaching methods;deepening school-enterprise cooperation, integrating information technology, and enriching teaching resources;perfecting evaluation content, infiltrating outcome-oriented approaches, and optimizing the evaluation system. This approach will play a positive role in effectively avoiding the prominent issues of disconnection between curriculum teaching in private vocational colleges and universities and practical production, and the inability of talent cultivation to meet societal demands.

ObjectiveThis study aims to design a teaching program for a major course in hepatobiliary surgery that integrates Bloom's goal teaching method with the case study teaching method, while also exploring the value of its application. MethodsStudents were organized into different groups based on their classes. The experimental group implemented the integrated teaching mode of Bloom's goal teaching method and the case study teaching method, whereas the control group followed the conventional teaching method. The teaching outcomes were evaluated through written tests and questionnaires. ResultsIn terms of theoretical knowledge assessment, the mean score of the experimental group surpassed that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (
P
<0.05). Furthermore, in the questionnaire feedback on stimulating the interest in learning, deepening professional knowledge, enhancing self-learning ability, and improving clinical thinking skills, the experimental group demonstrated a higher level of satisfaction compared to the control group, with the differences being statistically significant (
P
<0.05). ConclusionThe integration of Bloom's educational objectives with case studies in the theoretical teaching process of hepatobiliary surgery has significant advantages than the traditional teaching program.

The China international“Internet +”college students'innovation and entrepreneurship competition is the most authoritative and important event for college students. The competition provides an important platform for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform for universities. The outcomes of competition largely depend on whether the participating teams can actively participate in the entire process of the competition. Stimulating and maintaining the intrinsic motivation of participating teams is the key to improving their competition performance. Here we aim to investigate causes and countermeasures for insufficient motivation among local medical college students to participate in the competitions’program training based on ARCS theory on four dimensions: attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction. An novel ARCS motivation model was also constructed for medical students to analyze their motivation in competitions.
