Investigation and Analysis of Talent Demand and Optimization of Talent Training Mode for Aquatic Animal Medicine Major in Higher Vocational Education Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

Abstract: This article conducts in-depth research on the current demand for talents in the field of aquatic animal medicine in vocational colleges in the industry, the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for positions related to aquatic disease prevention and control, as well as the expectations of enterprises for the training of aquatic animal medicine talents in vocational colleges, through questionnaires, corporate interviews, feedback from graduates and current students. Then, the main issues in current professional talent cultivation were discussed, and an analysis was conducted on the core skills of employment positions for aquatic animal medicine professionals. Finally, it was proposed to optimize the talent cultivation mode from four aspects: updating the talent cultivation positioning, optimizing the talent cultivation concept, constructing a curriculum system based on job capabilities requirements, and deepening the integration of industry and education.
