Abstract: Based on the triple helix theory framework, this paper systematically deconstructs the practical challenges in the collaborative mechanisms of current entrepreneurial incubation platforms, including insufficient integration of specialized and innovative education, weak management service efficacy, and inefficient coordination. The study proposes a trinity mechanism optimization measures encompassing“education chain-service chain-ecosystem chain”. At the educational level, a hierarchical integration strategy of“knowledge-ability-ecosystem”is implemented through interdisciplinary project workshops and industry-tailored courses to enhance students'professional competencies and entrepreneurial literacy. On the management front, a dynamic evaluation model incorporating technical maturity and market alignment is established, coupled with a full-cycle service system integrating technology transfer, financing connectivity, and commercial promotion. For collaboration, a risk-sharing and benefit-sharing mechanism is designed to strengthen industry-university-research synergy.
