Construction of Teaching Ability Evaluation Index System for Young Teachers in Private Universities Based on CIPP Evaluation Model

Abstract: The teaching ability of teachers is a key link in ensuring the quality of talent cultivation. This article is based on the CIPP model to construct an evaluation system for the teaching ability of private university teachers. Combining literature analysis and Delphi method, a teacher teaching ability evaluation index system is established, including teaching professional foundation and school-based integration, teaching resource development and adaptation ability, teaching practice and professional development ability, and teaching achievement transformation effect. The aim is to provide a scientific and comprehensive teacher evaluation tool for private universities, and to provide reference for the improvement of young teachers'teaching ability.
