Abstract: In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the pharmaceutical industry, the traditional pharmaceutical talent training model is facing problems such as prominent disciplinary barriers and a disconnect between production needs and teaching content. Based on the rapid development of materials science, this article explores the construction of a cross disciplinary course group between pharmacy and materials science, and proposes a development path for the integration of industry and education: by integrating interdisciplinary basic theory, nanomaterial research and development, and pharmaceutical factory production, a three-stage progressive course group of“basic theory material innovation engineering practice”is constructed; At the level of integrating production and education, establish a collaborative mechanism such as a school enterprise dual mentor system, a school enterprise cooperation platform, and internship bases to transform actual R&D projects of enterprises into teaching content, forming a closed loop of“project requirements student innovation achievement transformation”. This model helps to quickly promote the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge among students, achieve precise alignment between talent cultivation and industry demand, and provide a theoretical framework for the cultivation of composite talents in the field of pharmaceutical materials that can be referenced.
