Research on Strategies for Enhancing the Employment Competitiveness of Vocational College Nursing Students Based on Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: Against the backdrop of global economic integration and the rapid development of the medical industry, the demand for high-quality nursing talents in society is increasing. Currently, there are still problems such as disconnection from market demands and scarcity of practical teaching resources in the talent cultivation model of vocational college nursing programs in China. Industry-education integration is a new type of talent cultivation approach, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of higher education in China. This paper conducts research from several aspects, including the reform of the curriculum and teaching system and the optimization of the practical teaching system, to enhance students' employment competitiveness and cultivate more professional talents that meet the needs of society for the nursing industry.
