Abstract: Education, technology, and talent are foundational and strategic pillars for comprehensively building a modern socialist country. Using Xinjiang University as a case study, this paper explores strategies for establishing a high-quality education system, enhancing technological innovation, and advancing reforms in talent recruitment and development mechanisms. The goal is to cultivate innovative talent and provide momentum, human resources, and educational support for the integration of education, technology, and talent. Through an in-depth analysis of the organic connections among these three elements, this paper proposes strategies for building a“three-in-one”graduate education system, including strengthening discipline development, building innovation platforms, deepening educational evaluation reforms, and establishing diverse training objectives. The findings indicate that implementing these strategies can effectively enhance graduate students'innovation and practical abilities, producing more high-quality innovative talent to support national modernization efforts.
