Abstract: In the context of developing new quality productivity, innovation and entrepreneurship education in local applied undergraduate colleges urgently needs to meet the needs of regional economic development, and cultivate applied talents with interdisciplinary innovation capabilities and practical skills. However, there are still problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in local applied undergraduate colleges, such as incomplete curriculum systems, insufficient practical platforms, and inadequate school enterprise collaboration mechanisms. This article proposes the construction of a“1234”innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem, with the core of serving regional economic development and cultivating applied talents. It designs a dual line integrated curriculum system of“thinking and innovation+specialized innovation”, implements a“three in one”teaching mode of theory, practice, and competition, and builds four major carriers: the“government school enterprise”integration platform, the second classroom practical education platform, the industry university research collaborative education platform, and the“double innovation”teacher development platform. It forms a full chain education model of“interdisciplinary+ability progression+value shaping+practical empowerment”, and promotes the cultivation of new quality talents in local applied undergraduate colleges and the high-quality development of regional economy.
