On the basis of combing and reviewing the existing research, this study constructs a model of college students'digital learning ability from four aspects: digital learning technology, digital learning behavior, digital learning management and digital learning consciousness. Through the investigation of 388 students in the university in Xi'an, this study finds that the digital learning ability of students in this university has a large room for improvement, and the digital learning ability of students in different grades, majors and digital learning frequency is different. This study provides analysis tools and application examples for in-depth analysis of college students'digital learning ability.

Promotion of quality of application-oriented talents, improving college students'innovative ability, is not only a new a strategic measure to enhance the national independent innovation ability but also the main goal that higher education teaching aims to achieve. This paper comes up with a talent cultivating mode, which is based on the curriculum system, being carried out through academic competitions such as National College Students Polymer Materials Experiment and Practice Competition, National College Students Chemical Engineering Design Competition and other kinds of innovation and entrepreneurship projects, aiming to cultivate the ability of practice and innovation during the whole process. It has been practiced and found that it has stimulated students' enthusiasm for learning and their innovative awareness, cultivating their practice and creative ability, and effectively improving their comprehensive quality and competitiveness and thus promoting the quality of application-oriented talents.

As a compulsory course for civil engineering majors, road survey and design course internshipis of great significance for improving students'practical abilities. The OBE results oriented education philosophy emphasizes students'learning outcomes. Considering that the graduation design of the civil engineering major at Ordos Institute of Applied Technology often involves route design, by arranging course content reasonably, combining diverse teaching methods, and optimizing the course evaluation system, this paper aim to enhance students'scientific research literacy and relevant skills, gradually cultivate a scientific thinking mode, and lay a solid foundation for the smooth completion of students'graduation design.

In order to improve the teaching effect of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship course, cltivate college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability. This paper summarizes the characteristics of stage-style teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship practice training course for science and engineering college students, and puts forward a process course assessment method based on OBE (Outcome-Based Education). Firstly, the characteristics of course teaching were analyzed, and the course assessment was divided into four stages: theoretical learning, practical project proposal, practical process and summary, and an assessment and evaluation index system with“knowledge + ability + results”as the core was established. Secondly, the diversified evaluation methods of teacher evaluation, student evaluation and software evaluation are comprehensively used. Then, the weighting method of subjective and objective combination of AHP-CRITIC is selected to determine the weight of each index, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the course assessment and evaluation model, and the scientificity and rationality of the model are verified by analyzing the examples. Finally, Qt-Designer is used to build a visual course assessment management platform to improve the operability of assessment methods.

The education informatization platform has developed rapidly in the past ten years. Major changes have taken place in its educational concepts, models, learning content, and learning methods, which have had a profound impact on the development of modern education. Starting from the development of the online education informatization platform, this article sorts out the mainstream construction and access of online education informatization platforms in medical colleges and universities and implements online and offline hybrid teaching reform in the course of management information system for medical students. The basic knowledge teaching method based on the“SP”model and the extended knowledge teaching method based on the“MSF” model has been applied in two batches of students, and received a“4-,4+”teaching reform result (de-singularization, multi-level teaching; de-passivity, multi-subject participation in teaching; de-restriction, multi-scenario implementation of teaching; de-loose, multi-platform monitoring of teaching).

Objective To evaluate the application effect of medical education mode based on virtual reality technology in laboratory course of prosthodontics. Methods undergraduates from 2022 to 2023 in College of Stomatology, Guangxi Medical University were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. In the laboratory course of prosthodontics of 25 students in each group, the application of medical education model based on virtual reality technology was compared with the traditional teaching method. By comparing the operation skills and theoretical achievements of the students in the experimental group and the control group, and conducting a questionnaire survey, the evaluation of the students in the experimental group on the virtual reality technology in teaching is evaluated. Results the scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the students in the control group. Conclusion The application of virtual reality technology in laboratory course of prosthodontics can not only improve the students'satisfaction with the teaching, but also help to improve the students' operation level, ability to lparn theoretical knowledge.

Objective Explore the application of online peer evaluation video assignments in the evaluation of public emergency courses. Method Compare the online peer evaluation ratings and video assignment teacher ratings of 95 elective students in the Xuchang University, and conduct a survey on online peer evaluation using a self-made questionnaire. Result 92.64% of students believe that online peer evaluation helps them master the experimental operation process and details, 96.84% of students will conduct online peer evaluation seriously, 87.37% of students agree with the evaluation and grading of online peer evaluation for experimental video assignments, and there is a good correlation between the online peer evaluation scores for video assignments and teacher ratings (P<0.01). Conclusion In the evaluation of public emergency courses, online peer evaluation can effectively evaluate experimental video assignments.

The China Education Modernization 2035 proposes ten strategic tasks to promote education modernization, and the enhancement of first-class talent cultivation and innovation ability is one of the ten strategic tasks. In order to improve the innovation and entrepreneurial ability of university students, various innovation and entrepreneurship competitions have emerged. This paper adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods from the relationship between participation in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions and the level of innovation ability of university students, collects data through questionnaires and uses the mean treatment effect model often used in policy evaluation to overcome the problem of heterogeneity between participating and non-participating groups, and empirically analyzes the real effect of participation in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions on the innovation ability of university students.

Through the questionnaires and in-depth interviews of college graduates and college students in Henan province, this paper get a lot of data about science and technology entrepreneurship, understand the overall situation of college students in Henan province, then analyzes the university student in the science and technology entrepreneurship process facing the problem. Based on the characteristics of science and technology entrepreneurship, this paper constructing a technology entrepreneurship education model from four aspects: target system, curriculum system, practice system, and guarantee system, so as to further deepen the education of science and technology entrepreneurship and provide inspiration and help for the implementation of science and technology entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
