    The Relationship between Self-Control and Motivation of Succeeding in College Students: The Mediating Role of Self-Efficacy

    To explore the current situation, relationship and mediating effect of college students' self-control, self-efficacy, pursuit of success motivation, so as to provide new basis for comprehensively improving college students' learning enthusiasm and skill confidence, and to provide reasonable suggestions for continuously promoting the cultivation plan of high-quality college students. 262 college students were investigated by using self-control strength scale, general self-efficacy scale and pursuit of success motivation scale. The self-control of college students is different in the place of origin and grade. There are differences in the sense of self-efficacy in gender, only child or not, student cadre experience; there is a significant positive correlation between self-control, self-efficacy and the motivation of pursuing success. Self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the positive prediction of self-control on the motivation to pursue success.

    Due to the lack of educational resources in colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas, the quality of teaching is not ideal, and there is an obvious gap between colleges and universities in developed areas. In order to narrow the gap and improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas, the Ministry of Education officially launched the counterpart support program on May 10,2001, and on April 10,2017, sent a letter deciding to increase support and make adjustments to some supporting universities. In the process of peer-to-peer support in higher vocational colleges, support colleges and universities through their own school-running strength to give professional guidance to recipient colleges and universities in the areas of specialty construction, personnel training, faculty construction, cooperation between schools and enterprises, etc, therefore, it is an important way to improve the comprehensive school-running ability of recipient universities, from financial support to the change of the mode of peer-to-peer support.

    APT is a teaching method that integrates teaching process and results, including evaluation methods, teaching methods, and information technology. Pharmaceutical botany is a professional basic course with intuitive and strong practical skills, whereas the content is abstract with too many technical terms. MethodsThe 2019-2020 nursing interns (100 cases) in our hospital were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases. The control group adopted traditional teaching methods, and the research group adopted flipped classroom teaching methods Satisfaction. ResultsThere was no difference in the assessment scores of the two groups of students before entering the department, P>0.05.
