Abstract: The training and education of student party members in private universities is one of the key links in the work of party construction, and it is also a strong support for the realization of morality. In this paper, the main case is the sharing of the practical experience of the party construction management work of the student party branch of the Software Engineering Institute of Guangzhou of Guangzhou University, to explore and analyze the new development path, new work thinking, new experience and practice of the "party construction +labor education" private university student party member management. Put forward suggestions for innovation path reform.
