Abstract: With the gradual increase of the education department’s attention to the growth of contemporary colleges and universities, in response to the new strategies and new goals of talent training in colleges and universities in the new era, this article takes colleges and universities in the new era as the exploration goal, and focuses on exploring the current status of labor education for college students. The goal of talent education in my country's universities is the core, expounding the path of university labor education for students. Finally, many measures to strengthen the labor education of college students and the effects of the measures are proposed for the reference of college education researchers.
