Research on the Training System of "Double Qualified" Teachers Based on the Integration of Production and Education

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of vocational education in China, the integration of industry and education has become an effective way to promote the development of schools. With the help of educational methods with equal emphasis on theory and practice, we can further innovate and develop the construction ways of "double qualified" teachers, perfect the educational management system, optimize the management system, and accelerate the development of talents. The professional level of vocational education has been improved. This paper focuses on the specific characteristics, existing problems and strengthening measurement of "double qualified" teacher training under the background of integration of industry and education.
