Abstract: The deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education is the need of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents with professional expertise. Combined with the characteristics of management education, starting from the training objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship talents of management specialty, this paper reasonably determines the knowledge and ability requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship talents of management specialty, formulates the advanced talent training mode of "innovation and entrepreneurship spirit, knowledge reserve ability, practical application ability, entrepreneurship and creativity", and innovates from the curriculum system design, professional education means and methods. from the perspective of the integration of professional education resources, this paper puts forward the cultivation path of innovation and entrepreneurship talents of management specialty which is deeply integrated with professional education.
