The Role of Team Psychological Capital in Innovation and Entrepreneurship of College Students and Its Development Path

Abstract: Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for college students is an important field of talent cultivation in higher education nowadays. Team psychological capital is a positive psychological resource for the team, which plays a positive role in college students' psychology, behavior and performance in innovation and entrepreneurship activities, can be measured and developed. This paper analyzes the connotation and structure of team psychological capital, its positive role in innovation and entrepreneurship, and its influencing factors, analyzes the suggestions on how to improve the development of psychological capital of university students' innovative and entrepreneurial teams from three aspects of schools, teachers and team leaders, so as to provide reference for the practice of innovative and entrepreneurial education in universities.
