Abstract: Based on the background of "new liberal arts", this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory in colleges and universities, such as lack of practical experience of teaching staff, low degree of informatization and intelligence, low degree of professional integration, insufficient sharing and openness, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory. It aims to provide laboratory guarantee for the cultivation of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and promote the improvement of talent cultivation ability in colleges and universities on the premise of respecting the characteristics of liberal arts education and the law of talent growth.
