Abstract: Employment is the biggest livelihood. Colleges and universities are places to train socialist builders and successors for the country and to train and transport talents for the society. Novel coronavirus pneumonia is a major problem for graduates. The employment problem is always a severe problem for universities. Especially in the 2020, the employment of new crown pneumonia is more severe. In the work of employment and entrepreneurship education, aiming at the problems of students' excessive employment pressure and unclear career planning, we should integrate ideological and political education into college students through educational activities, build a platform of ideological and political education and entrepreneurship, explore effective strategies of integrating ideological and political education in teachers, curriculum, planning, guidance, practice and service, improve students' ability and quality, and comprehensively promote employment and entrepreneurship.
