On the Educational Management of Ethnic Minority Students in Inland Higher Vocational Education——Taking the Tibetan College Students of Jiangsu Huaian College of Information Technology as an Example

Abstract: At present, with the expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities across the country and the development of education in ethnic minority areas, many inland colleges and universities, especially higher vocational colleges, have increased the Tibet plan year by year, and many Tibetan students have continued to increase their opportunities to study in inland universities. Due to the unique characteristics, lifestyle and religious beliefs of the Tibetan people, it has brought many difficulties and unprecedented new challenges to the management of Tibetan students in mainland universities. This article takes the Tibetan students of Jiangsu Huaian College of Information Technology as an example talks about some of my thoughts on ideological education and management of Tibetan students studying in the inland, and provides reference for the education and management of other ethnic minority students in the future.
