    ObjectiveTo research the relationship between occupational values and occupational commitment of primary and secondary teachers. Methods153 primary and secondary teachers were investigated and analyzed by using the occupational values questionnaire compiled by Jin shenghua et al and the occupational commitment questionnaire for primary and secondary teachers compiled by Li xia. ResultsFrom the perspective of all dimensions, there was significant positive correlation between the vocational values of means and the vocational commitment, and there was significant positive correlation between the vocational values of purpose and the vocational commitment. ConclusionThere is a significant positive correlation between occupational values and occupational commitment of primary and secondary school teachers.

    The entrepreneurial ability of engineering students is an important driving force of technological innovation, and there is little research on the entrepreneurial ability of engineering college students in the existing literature. Improving the entrepreneurial ability of engineering undergraduates can promote the success rate of engineering undergraduates' entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial ability can be acquired through social network learning and is also influenced by entrepreneurial intention. This paper uses the hierarchy regression analysis to verify that there is a significant positive relationship between the heterogeneity of social network, the strength of network relationship, entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial ability of engineering undergraduates. Based on social network learning, engineering undergraduates can obtain entrepreneurial information, knowledge, resources, and enhance their entrepreneurial ability. Entrepreneurial intention will make engineering college students more active in learning entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, and then improve their entrepreneurial ability.
