Deep Fusion Model of National Open University Distance Education and Vocational Education from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

Abstract: The "Internet plus" era has promoted the rapid development of information technology, made the educational mode and learning form change qualitatively, promoted the integration of various forms of education, and made the boundary of different types of education increasingly blurred. At present, as far as the integration of vocational education and distance education is concerned, distance education has the trend of vocational development, while vocational education also has the characteristics of open distance development. The complementarity of the two developments brings the possibility of mutual integration. Therefore, in order to promote the deep integration of the two, it is necessary to build such a platform: a learner centered teaching mode, an open teaching management system, policy support for strengthening the integration process, and the co construction and sharing of teaching resources can be realized.
