Construction and Application of Ecological System of Food Quality and Safety Management Course

Abstract: "Food quality and safety management" is a professional core course, but most of the teachers of this course are lack of food safety related work experience in enterprises and government departments, so it is difficult to integrate theory with practice, resulting in stiff teaching methods and unsatisfactory teaching effect. Teachers should take the initiative to go deep into the front line of enterprises and the government to serve the society, not only solve the food safety problems that perplex the government and enterprises, but also make efficient use of the resources of the government food safety supervision department and the food enterprise safety and quality department to create high-quality food safety management teaching cases. The integration of teachers' service to society and students' classroom teaching can make university teaching and social practice resources mutually beneficial and win-win, build sustainable development ecosystem of food safety management course, cultivate students' perception of theory from practice, apply theory to actual combat ability, and stimulate students to take responsibility for China's food safety cause.
