Abstract: With the development of globalization and information technology, the fierce market competition intensifies the uncertainty of the external environment of the organization, the career model becomes flexible and changeable, and the individual's autonomy in the field of career is constantly enlarged. Starting from their own interests, we can effectively inspire individuals to understand themselves, and think and explore the multiple possibilities of career development. This topic mainly from three aspects: the problems existing in the career development of college students, the establishment and development of College Students' interest, and the measures to promote the career development of College Students' interest development and cultivation.
