The Exploration and Practice of the Interactive Mechanism of Project Guidance in the College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition——Based on the PAD-Class Perspective

Abstract: The instruction of the college student innovation and entrepreneurship competition item is a two-way interactive process between the participating students and the instructor. The imbalance of interaction in project guidance is one of the important reasons that affect project implementation. Based on the perspective of PAD-Class,through theoretical analysis and case practice, the four parts of "teacher teaching, independent learning, group discussion, and teacher answering" are carried out to guide the competition project, which can effectively improve the participation, activity and satisfaction of interaction. It has very important guiding significance and practical value for improving the interactive mechanism of competition project guidance and enhancing the effectiveness of competition project guidance.
