Abstract: Due to the lack of educational resources in colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas, the quality of teaching is not ideal, and there is an obvious gap between colleges and universities in developed areas. In order to narrow the gap and improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas, the Ministry of Education officially launched the counterpart support program on May 10,2001, and on April 10,2017, sent a letter deciding to increase support and make adjustments to some supporting universities. In the process of peer-to-peer support in higher vocational colleges, support colleges and universities through their own school-running strength to give professional guidance to recipient colleges and universities in the areas of specialty construction, personnel training, faculty construction, cooperation between schools and enterprises, etc, therefore, it is an important way to improve the comprehensive school-running ability of recipient universities, from financial support to the change of the mode of peer-to-peer support.
