    A Study of the Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Medical Interns’ Post Competency

    Objectives This paper was aimed to discuss the status quo and influencing factors of medical interns’ post competency. MethodsAn online survey of 852 students in a medical university in Guizhou was carried out on the platform of “wjx.cn” with a self-compiled background questionnaire and the Chinese doctors’ common competency model questionnaire, and a test of difference and a regression analysis were conducted with the software SPSS22.0. Results(1) The most important factors for medical interns’ post competency are core values and professionalism of doctors; (2) Medical interns’ post competency is significantly different in factors such as gender, majors, class types, and single parent families (P<0.05 or P<0.001). ConclusionsMedical interns’ post competency is generally in good condition, but there are still problems, which can be settled by cultivating their professionalism to improve their post competency.

    The strategy of “three highlands and four new missions” has put forward new requirements for the training of civil engineering talents. In this paper, from the teaching of mechanics of materials, the corresponding teaching reform plan is proposed according to the requirements of talent training under the new situation, including five aspects, such as optimizing teaching materials, expanding teaching contents, adjusting teaching methods, encouraging students to participate in innovative training programs, and integrating “Hunan elements”.     Taking the innovation-driven development strategy as the background, this paper explores the current situation and problems of the synergy of the internal elements of the existing "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" education. Based on the traditional "government-industry-academic" innovation triple helix theory, this research reconstructs the "double-creation" education collaborative innovation four-helix model including curriculum, practice, teaching methods, and evaluation system, and collects Chinese knowledge from the perspective of mutual information. The number of papers published on innovation and entrepreneurship education in the CNKI citation database from 2015 to 2020, using Abramson’s synergy degree algorithm, to empirically measure the degree of synergy and development trend of "class-practice-method-evaluation" within the "mass-innovation" education.     The construction of the teaching mode of integration of production and education, for the teaching of higher vocational colleges, can make the teaching of the school itself more in line with the needs of social enterprises. From the perspective of the enterprise, it can develop the new industrial technology of the enterprise and obtain more technical support, so as to achieve the goal of common development between schools and enterprises. However, in the specific implementation and construction process, higher vocational colleges should continuously reform the teaching mode, strengthen cooperation with enterprises, clarify the goals of talent training, and further promote the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper briefly describes the definition of the integration of production and education, analyzes the current problems existing in the construction and implementation of the teaching mode of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges, and proposes effective coping strategies for the existing problems for relevant people refer to.

    Under the background of national industrial upgrading strategy, enterprises are forced to pursue cost reduction and digital transformation, and there is an urgent need for a large number of innovative compound talents. Higher vocational colleges are the main battlefield of teaching and educating people in vocational colleges. However, at this stage, the depth and breadth of school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges are insufficient. From the perspective of the school enterprise community of destiny, taking Ningbo Vocational and Technical College as an example, promote the process of industry education integration, school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education, form a cooperative system of sharing responsibilities, serving regional economy, resource sharing and benefit symbiosis, provide basic institutional guarantee conducive to school enterprise cooperation, and share the long-term development plans of both schools and enterprises.
