Abstract: With the rapid development of the current era, college education has undergone significant changes, not only to pay attention to student knowledge education, student management is equally important. Especially university scale continues to expand, make a marked increase of schools, related data and information explosion, for colleges and universities student management work to bring greater difficulty, coupled with the advent of the era of big data, electronic information to become inevitable trend, the colleges and universities must cater to the change, make a change in the student management work, ensure the effectiveness of management work. Combined with the actual situation, this paper will make a detailed analysis of the challenges and countermeasures faced by college student management in the era of big data, in order to provide reference for the relevant work in the future.
