    Objective To explore the effects of direct observation of procedural skill (DOPS) on dermatology residency standardized training. Methods Trainees in experimental group participated in the DOPS examination every 3 months, and take the National Medical Practitioners Examination after training. Trainees in control group got general summative evaluation mode. The DOPS assessment was conducted after training, and they also take in the national medical practitioner examination. Results The practitioners in the experimental group got significantly higher examination scores than the control group (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the ability of in the ability to seek help, communication and humanistic care (P<0.05). Conclusion DOPS can improve the training effect and the score of clinical licensing examination.

    Obtaining high-quality genomic information through genome assembly technology is the premise of fungal genomic research. In recent years, this technology has been widely used in the genomic research of microorganisms. In order to popularize this technology in undergraduate teaching, the College of Agriculture of Guizhou University used the college-level course Agricultural Microbiology to devise an open-ended experiment for students of undergraduate majors of plant protection. The experiment included the use of HGAP4, Canu, and MECAT to assemble the genome of Fusarium oxysporum. Data sequencing was carried out followed by integration with QuickMerge to obtain the final genome sequence. The open-ended experiment module described herein may greatly improve students' interest in microbial genome research, and their skills and knowledge related to the same, by enriching the teaching content and improving the quality of teaching.

    Under the environment of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, college students have made some achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship, but they also face many problems. This paper takes the innovation and entrepreneurship project of Qingdao University of Technology as an example and introduces the basic model of the project. Then summarized the problems encountered in the project implementation process: the members of the entrepreneurial project team have a single knowledge background and lack practical ability and skills, the continuity in the development of entrepreneurial projects is insufficient, Biaoshi team personnel mobility is large.
