Abstract: Under the traditional model, there are many problems in college students' career planning, such as theoretical surplus and insufficient practice, and lack of long-term career planning. It is necessary to expand the breadth and depth of career planning through innovation and innovation education, while further scientific positioning, and improve the awareness and ability of combining theory with practice. In the new era, the integration of college students’ career planning into innovation and entrepreneurship education should have basic characteristics such as systemicity and full-course. It is necessary to scientifically adjust the curriculum and teaching settings of innovation and entrepreneurship education in accordance with the actual conditions of the colleges and universities, and also to enhance the pertinence and pertinence of innovation and entrepreneurship education through school-enterprise cooperation. For adaptability, it is also necessary to make full use of technology and strengthen the cultivation of double innovation awareness.
