Research on Career Planning and Employment Core Competitiveness Promotion Path of Public Funded Normal Students in Guangxi

Abstract: Public funded normal students are an important talent resource foundation in national education. Cultivating public funded normal students with strong employment core competitiveness and high professional quality is a talent training task that national higher education attaches great importance to. The education work of the public funded normal students program in Guangxi in terms of career planning has achieved preliminary results. Through years of research on the employment core competitiveness of public funded normal students, a talent training mode more suitable for regional development has been formed, which can help to improve the vocational quality and employability of public funded normal students in Guangxi. Based on the analysis of the current employment situation and reasons of public funded normal students in Guangxi, this paper makes an in-depth exploration on the composition of the employment competitiveness of public funded normal students by combining theory and practice, and gives the talent training scheme and strategy from the specific practical situation, in order to improve the comprehensive ability of public funded normal students in Guangxi and transport better talents for China's education.
