    The students' demand for innovation and their satisfaction with the innovation education were researched in application-oriented universities. The results show that about 46% students have a little satisfaction with the innovative education. Most of them lack innovation motivation and have low participation in innovation practice. The innovation education system of three levels, three stages, and three integration was designed based on TRIZ theory. The innovation education was integrated into all aspects of talent training to improve their enthusiasm participating in innovation practice and the innovation ability.

    Aiming at the poor evaluation effect of the traditional grassroots work evaluation system in colleges and universities, an optimized design of the grassroots work evaluation system in colleges and universities based on the fuzzy evaluation model is proposed. Firstly, on the basis of the original evaluation system, the fuzzy evaluation model is used to define the evaluation scope of the grass-roots work in colleges and universities, and to determine the construction principles of the evaluation system, so as to construct the evaluation system for the grass-roots work in colleges and universities.     ObjectiveIn order to observe the influence of this combination on medical students' skill operation, knowledge acquisition and comprehensive performance, the teaching practice of "student-centred" was added into the course of basic disaster relief medicine; Methods35 clinical medical students of a university in 2018 were selected as control group and 35 clinical medicine students in 2019 as experimental group. The control group adopted traditional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted mixed teaching method, and participated in social practice after class; SPSS 20.0 was used for t-test to compare with the theoretical and skill evaluation results of two groups, the satisfaction degree of teaching was compared between the two groups by questionnaire; Consults The results of skill examination in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05); the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in terms of teaching satisfaction, improvement of self-confidence and autonomous learning ability (P<0.05); the overall evaluation of teaching in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.01); Conclusion"Basic disaster relief medicine" course combined with "student-centered" teaching practice can enhance students' interest in learning, self-learning ability, communication ability and clinical thinking ability, guide them to establish correct values and professional ethics, so as to play a go-od teaching effect.

    ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of sub class and case teaching in clinical hematology laboratory experiment class based on virtual simulation technology. MethodsA total of 59 medical laboratory undergraduate students from Xuchang University of grade 2019 were selected. 30 students from Class 1 were assigned to the experimental group. The experimental class of clinical hematology virtual simulation test was carried out by using the sub-class and case teaching, and 29 students from Class 2 were assigned to the control class. ResultsThe questionnaire shows that the teaching method of divided class and case teaching is helpful to improve students' learning interest, practical ability and clinical thinking and diagnosis ability. The score of experimental group was 89.37±4.69, and that of control group was 86.14±4.53, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionIt is a good teaching method to use the teaching method of divided class and case teaching in clinical hematology laboratory experiment based on virtual simulation technology, which is beneficial to improve the teaching quality and students' practical ability.
