Exploration on the Construction of Pharmacy Professional Degree Graduate Tutor Team in the New Era

Abstract

Abstract: The construction of a high-level pharmacy professional degree graduate tutor team is the guarantee for cultivating high-level applied pharmacy talents needed by the country in the new era. The main problems existing in the construction of the pharmacy degree graduate tutor team were analyzed and summarized based on relevant related publications. And the construction of pharmacy professional degree graduate tutor team was explored and practiced through increasing tutors, awareness by strengthening learning, reforming the tutor selection system, improving the tutor training mechanism and improve the evaluation system based on the actual construction of the pharmacy degree graduate tutor team of our discipline in the new era.
