The Status Quo and Countermeasures of Career Education in Yunnan Colleges and Universities

Abstract: Career education plays a very important role in students. Through the analysis of the research data, the author found that there are three current situations in career education in Yunnan colleges and universities: different levels of attention, different levels of development and lack of professional teams. How to solve two inconsistency and one deficiency problems in the aspect of career education in Yunnan colleges and universities, we can put career education into practice by playing chess, the development of career education in Yunnan colleges and universities is promoted by the joint efforts of provincial and university, the professionalization of career education team, the joint efforts of teachers and students, and the whole process of career education in colleges and universities.
