Abstract: In the era of innovation and entrepreneurship, the mode of art and design talent training in higher vocational colleges will also change, strengthening the innovation and independent entrepreneurship ability of college students has gradually become the inevitable trend of higher vocational education. With the increase of the number of graduates in China, it is an important way to improve the employment rate of college students in China to promote employment through entrepreneurship. As a major with strong practical value, improving students' innovation ability and cultivating students' entrepreneurial consciousness is also an important part of the talent training goal of art and design majors. This article will focus on innovation and entrepreneurship education is analyzed, according to the present status of personnel training mode, the paper mainly discusses the thinking and practice of higher vocational art design personnel vocational education, optimize vocational colleges of art and design professional personnel training idea and method, to further improve higher vocational art design major students consciousness of their own businesses.
