    Innovation and entrepreneurship education is guided by ideological and political education, and ideological and political education takes innovation and entrepreneurship education as the carrier. The two complement each other. At present, there are some problems in the integrated development of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in some local undergraduate colleges, such as low attention, imperfect management system and lack of infrastructure.     In the period of important strategic opportunities for the development of vocational education, the establishment of a complete innovation and entrepreneurship education system in higher vocational colleges can empower the school's connotative development and upgrade of social service capabilities, and provide high-quality, multi-level talent support for the healthy development of social economy. Based on the analysis of the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, taking the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College as an example, it is proposed to build a full-process and three-dimensional innovation and entrepreneurship education system to solve the problem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. Problems such as the dislocation of the concept of double innovation education, the light practice of double innovation courses, and the incomplete supporting guarantees provide reference for the promotion of double innovation education reform in higher vocational colleges.

    High-level industry-specific universities in science and engineering have the characteristics of concentrated professional advantages and close integration of production, education and research. They are an important source of innovation and entrepreneurship education of in higher education institutions in China and they could promote "Public entrepreneurship, innovation". China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT), as a representative of high-level industry-specific characteristic universities in the coal industry, has been adhering to the school-running mission of "excellent learning and use, and excellence in learning", and has achieved remarkable results in innovation and entrepreneurship education. In this paper, we started with the definition of high-level industry university, the innovation and entrepreneurship education model and practice status and existing problems of CUMT were further analyzed. Then, combining the advanced experience of foreign science and engineering high-level industry-specific universities, relevant improvement measures and suggestions were put forward. It is conducive to provide useful references for universities with characteristics of science and engineering industry in terms of school policies, curriculum settings, training mechanisms, and social participation.

    With the rapid development of artificial intelligence industry and Internet of Things technology, the social requirements for students' software ability are increasing day by day. Improving students' software programming level not only requires teachers to actively improve classroom teaching level, but also requires strong teaching platform support to meet students' needs of a lot of programming practice after class.     Practice teaching has an important influence on the choice of employment areas for college students. Based on the survey data of 7 local universities in Jinhua, this study uses the Todaro population flow model to empirically analyze the impact of the local internship teaching of college students from other places on the local employment willingness. The influence of local internship teaching experience of college students on the local employment willingness of colleges and universities is heterogeneous. Compared with men, participating in local internships has a more significant impact on the willingness of female college students to find jobs around colleges and universities. Compared with non-only children, participating in local internships has a more significant impact on the willingness of only children to find jobs around colleges and universities.
