Abstract: In view of the rapid development of new energy industry at home and abroad, the training of solar energy professionals in higher vocational colleges does not match the needs of enterprises, and the deep cooperation between universities and enterprises needs to be solved urgently, the Solar Energy Specialty Group of Jiuquan Vocational and Technical College, relying on Gansu New Energy Vocational Education Group and Gansu solar power generation systems engineering, has set up a solar energy specialty technical committee to carry out the integration of production and education, on the basis of extensive investigation and research by teaching team, a modularized course system of 1 + x certificate system based on ability is constructed, based on integration of Industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, a three-stage advanced talent training model has been formed, and the quality of talent training and social service ability of Solar Energy Specialty Group has been comprehensively improved.
