Research on the Promotion Path of Young Teachers' Teaching Ability based on Hybrid Teaching Design Competition

Abstract: This paper discusses the common problems and causes of young teachers in teaching design from the perspective of the national mixed teaching design innovation competition in colleges and universities, and finds some teaching innovation and flash points from the excellent players, so as to explore the feasible methods to promote the improvement of young teachers' teaching ability in colleges and universities. Through the establishment of curriculum group teaching team and teaching demonstration platform, create a good teaching atmosphere and improve the teaching design level and ability of young teachers; And improve the assessment and evaluation system of colleges and universities, stimulate the teaching enthusiasm of young teachers, and provide institutional guarantee for investment in teaching reform and innovation.
