Abstract: As the increasing emphasis has been given to developing science and technology and educating talents of forestry, it is of significance to improve the basic professional accomplishment of grassroots foresters, promote the cooperation between college and enterprise, and develop the college-enterprise cooperation training mode. In this paper, we investigated the continuing education mode of grassroots foresters under college-enterprise cooperation through training objective, training curriculum, teaching schema, and assurance system and explored the shortcomings of current continuing education mode of grassroots foresters. Additionally, the detailed applied analysis was made using college-enterprise cooperation at Central South University of Forestry and Technology as an example.
