An Empirical Analysis of the University Grassroots Work Evaluation System Based on the Fuzzy Evaluation Model

Abstract: Aiming at the poor evaluation effect of the traditional grassroots work evaluation system in colleges and universities, an optimized design of the grassroots work evaluation system in colleges and universities based on the fuzzy evaluation model is proposed. Firstly, on the basis of the original evaluation system, the fuzzy evaluation model is used to define the evaluation scope of the grass-roots work in colleges and universities, and to determine the construction principles of the evaluation system, so as to construct the evaluation system for the grass-roots work in colleges and universities. The empirical analysis shows that the designed grass-roots work evaluation system has a good evaluation effect and has a certain application value, which can be used as a reference for the subsequent grass-roots evaluation of colleges and universities.
