    Teaching on integration of specialized and innovation is an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and some explorations and researches on teaching are required, which implements integration of specialized and innovation and is effective. In order to improve the quality of teaching, introducing TRIZ theory and its problem-solving ideas, analyzes the teaching rules and characteristics of hydropower engineering course, what is a course for training engineering design ability, focus on the training of engineering design capabilities, realizes the construction of specialization and integration, defining the course teaching process as a technical system, establishes a technical system functional analysis model; researches the technical system deficiencies, using TRIZ theory's cause-effect chains analysis, resource analysis, invention principle and Su-F model and other tools, proposes solutions to the technical system deficiencies; using TRIZ theory and planting enter the ADDIE thought, analyzes the engineering design capability levels, obtains 7 basic abilities, builds a relationship model of basic abilities, analyzing the mechanism of fusion of basic abilities to form core abilities, and establishes a 7D-OPERATE cultivating model (7D-OPERATE); taking the hydropower station course as an example, analyzes and establishes the basic model of ability transformation, simplify it, determines The coefficient and the core ability fusion relationship model, and based on the teaching data to verify the model. the research shows that the 7D-OPERATE model is effective, and the teaching effect is in line with the model analysis results.     The construction of emerging engineering puts forward higher requirements for the teaching content of engineering and technical talents and the cultivation of innovation-leading talents. As one of the important courses of water supply and drainage related majors, Water Engineering Construction can stimulate students' interest in engineering practice and improve their ability to solve problems in a targeted manner. Combination the questionnaire for the grade 2017 and 2018 undergraduate students of the water supply and drainage science and engineering in East China University of Technology, this article puts forward the relevant measures of teaching reform. Curriculum reform, which should concentrate on outcome-oriented education, also need introduce engineering technology development frontier, and the teaching content should reflect cutting-edge and contemporary features. The teaching mode, for example, student-centered case teaching methods and group discussion teaching methodism, should establish the student-centered concept with the combination of multimedia means and network resources. The curriculum assessment should enrich the assessment and evaluation methods, which will make the assessment methods diversified. The three models promote and improve each other.

    The deep integration of information technology and theoretical course teaching is a hot spot in the current course teaching reform.     With the continuous development of industrialization, comprehensive talents have become an inevitable trend for colleges and universities. Mechanical and electrical engineering practice as one of the key disciplines of undergraduate education faces huge challenges. As a compulsory course for mechanical students, mechanical and electrical engineering practice has practical and comprehensive characteristics. In order to improve the oral English and hands-on experimental ability of undergraduates, the teaching reform of electromechanical engineering practice was carried out, and a teaching model based on the combination of bilingual and project teaching was formed. In the classroom, students communicate with their teachers in English and provide corresponding teaching experiment items after class so that they can practice what they have learned in the classroom. After years of exploration, it has been confirmed that the bilingual teaching model is a successful reform, and it is worthy of being gradually promoted in other courses.

    The practice of online and offline hybrid teaching aims at the flipped classroom, making students the leading role in the classroom and changing the previous teaching mode of teachers speak and students listen, which is passively accepted by students. Nowadays, online and offline hybrid teaching has become one of the mainstream teaching practices. However, the traditional online and offline hybrid teaching practice does not understand the effect of students' online preview and students' learning effect in class. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore an advanced information tool platform to solve these pain points. Rain classroom as the use of a wide range of wisdom teaching tools, easy to use, powerful. Taking the C++ language programming course taught by the author as an example, this paper focuses on how to realize the online and offline hybrid teaching of the course based on rain classroom. The results of the questionnaire show that students have a good evaluation of the online and offline hybrid teaching based on rain classroom, and believe that the tool can effectively help them to complete the learning of the course.

    ObjectiveIt is aimed to investigate the effects of class advisor's participation in class career group counseling on the career planning of engineering college students in application-oriented universities. MethodIt is planned to take two parallel classes of Grade 2017 from the school of mechanical and electrical engineering of Jinling Institute of Science and Technology as the research subjects. Class One of Grade2017 is set as the experimental class (N=36) and Class Two as the control class (N=37). The course of “Class career group counseling” was delivered to the experimental class when they were sophomores, which has lasted for three years. Meanwhile, the control class was not intervened by the advisor. ResultsAfter psychological counseling, the overall level of career planning in Class One was significantly improved. There are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the four dimensions of career awareness, career orientation, planning and emotional attitude, but no significant difference was revealed in the dimension of self-awareness. The follow-up interview shows that the students in the experimental class had clear picture about their career planning, formulated their own career planning schemes, and held distinct career development goals. The quality and quantity of employment in Class One are higher than those in the control class.     The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization is a major national development strategy. How to achieve the continued development of rural revitalization after a comprehensive victory in poverty alleviation has become an important issue. Rural revitalization needs the support of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Exploring how to attract, retain, and train rural creative talents in rural areas will be of great help to improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecology and solving the pain points and difficulties of rural revitalization talents. Rural areas are currently facing talent challenges such as lack of talent attraction, unsound entrepreneurial ecology, insufficient development and innovation, and insufficient educational practice.     Entrepreneurship is important to the development of economy as well as employment. College students are the new force of entrepreneurship. College students from agricultural universities being engaged in agriculture-related entrepreneurship is an important way to alleviate the three rural problems and improve human capital in the agricultural industry. By using the questionnaire analysis method, we made a multi-factor analysis of college students' entrepreneurial choices who are coming from agricultural colleges. According to the research results, the proportion of agricultural colleges who choose agricultural entrepreneurship is less than 1/4 and the proportion of students major in agriculture who choose agricultural entrepreneurship is also only 41.4%. It is gratifying that the cross-analysis shows that there is a correlation between the agricultural professional background and the choice of agricultural industry. Based on this, agricultural colleges and universities need to pay enough attention to how to guide students, especially agricultural majors, to engage in agricultural-related entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship education, and create an atmosphere of learning and loving farming.
