Research on the Construction Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Teacher's Team for Applied Business Under the Concept of New Business

Abstract: Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure to comprehensively promote the construction of an innovative country and improve the quality of higher education. Based on the perspective of the new business concept, in view of the problems existing in the current mass entrepreneurship and innovation education teachers of Applied Business Majors, such as imperfect production and education integration, imperfect teacher co construction mechanism, low standardization of teacher management system, unreasonable teacher structure, insufficient teachers' teaching ability and facilities, from the aspects of government, school and enterprise production and education integration, teacher management system. This paper puts forward an effective way to build a mass entrepreneurship and innovation teaching team in new business from the aspects of teachers' structure and teachers' teaching ability.
