Exploration of Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Training by Professional Skill Training Local Vocational Undergraduate Colleges——Take College of Tropical Crops of Yunnan Agricultural University as an Example

Abstract: The talent training of local vocational undergraduate colleges should adhere to the purpose of serving regional economic and social development. Innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an important requirement for talent training in today's era, and professional skill training is an important platform for cultivating students' innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness and innovation ability. The organic integration of professional skills training and innovation and entrepreneurship education, to build a scientific professional skills education system, has a good role in strengthening the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship quality and ability. This paper analyzes how to promote the cultivation and improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability through professional skill training, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.
