Abstract: BIM building informatization era background, the “1+X” pilot certificate system to carry out the building information model (BIM) vocational skills certification exam grade, for application of building environment and energy engineering pointed out the direction of the reform of talent cultivation. Under the promotion of BIM certificate, the major construction mainly involves the construction of practice base, adjustment of talent training, transformation and upgrading of curriculum system, in-depth construction of teaching staff and strengthening of school-enterprise cooperation. In this regard, relying on the industry-university-research collaborative education project with Golden Company Limited to innovate the talent training mode, improve the quality of talent training, improve the teaching level of teachers, promote students to participate in the “1+X” (BIM) certificate examination, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of students' employment.
