Abstract: In recent years, under the continuous implementation of China's education reform, vocational guidance gradually entered the education process of college students, although the time of vocational guidance for college students is still short, but also has no small effect, for the overall growth of college students to provide a very positive role. In recent years, how to get employment after graduation has been the concern of all sectors of society. Many colleges and universities have set up employment agencies for college students to help them get employment as soon as possible. The number of graduates in 2021 has reached 9.09 million, but all kinds of jobs in the society cannot meet the actual needs of college students. Therefore, the problem of difficult employment of college students has once again become a hot topic of in-depth discussion in the society. In order to help college students find the future development goals, to help college students make the right choice of employment, this paper mainly for the importance of career guidance in college students' employment has carried on the in-depth analysis.
