Abstract: The development of the new crown epidemic has put forward higher requirements for the construction and development of the faculty of colleges and universities. How to resolve the structural contradictions in the employment of college students is an important and urgent issue. Firstly, this article analyzed the necessity of the construction and development of the dual-qualified faculty as well as some existing problems in local undergraduate colleges and universities. And then, taking Changzhou University as an example, this article introduced the achievements of Changzhou University in the sources of dual-qualified teachers, team training, school-enterprise cooperation, assessment and evaluation systems, which is helpful for providing ideas for the construction of double-qualified teachers.
