    Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the entire process of talent cultivation and striving to achieve the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education is not only the goal of“double innovation”education, but also the responsibility entrusted to universities in the new era. This study summarizes the relevant policies and practices in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education in China, while combining with the actual situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in philosophy majors in China, analyzing the main problems in the integration of philosophy education and“double innovation”education and provide suggestions. Research has found that the challenges faced by the integration of philosophy education and“double innovation”education mainly include three aspects: the characteristics of philosophy majors, the career planning of philosophy students, and the lack of understanding of philosophy majors in the external market. Targeted suggestions are proposed from three aspects: improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship courses, enhancing the support for innovation and entrepreneurship practices, and enhancing the innovation awareness of philosophy students.

    In view of the single teaching evaluation method of advanced mathematics courses, which focuses too much on the assessment of theoretical knowledge and has a strong subjectivity in evaluation, we should reform the traditional course assessment and evaluation system and explore diversified course assessment methods. We reformed the traditional course assessment and evaluation system, explored diversified course assessment methods, and implemented the ability formative evaluation with the orientation of course goal achievement. Through the course questionnaire survey, comparative and correlation analyses of the usual results and final examination results, and analyses of the degree of achievement of the course objectives, it can be verified that the assessment method based on formative evaluation of competence is feasible and effective, which enhances the students'independent learning ability and the ability of innovative practice and application, and improves the effect of the teaching of the course.

    Scientific research instrument and equipment are the basic conditions and important means of scientific and technological innovation. In recent years, with the strong support of the state for the“double first-class”subject construction, the number of large-scale instrument and equipment in universities has been increased. Therefore, how to use and manage instruments scientifically and improve the open sharing rate of large-scale instrument and equipment has become an urgent problem for domestic universities. This paper discusses the problems existing in the open sharing of large-scale instrument and equipment based on the new large-scale instruments purchased by the analysis and testing center of Jiangnan University. It is proposed to build an open sharing and efficiency-enhancing system of large-scale instrument and equipment in university by means of the sharing benefit evaluation database of large-scale instrument and equipment, the digital sharing resource platform, the perfect personnel training system and the development of new functions of instrument and equipment, give full play to the resource advantages of large-scale instrument and equipment in university and assist the scientific and technological innovation of the country and society.

    The construction of new engineering disciplines is a complex and systematic educational project with Chinese characteristics. We need to establish a strict talent cultivation system based on the current employment structure of society, and build a quality assurance mechanism for talent cultivation around the demand for standardized talent construction. This article investigates the current research status of talent cultivation and guarantee mechanisms in universities. Research has found that the talent cultivation and guarantee mechanisms in universities are uneven and cannot fully meet the training needs of innovative, compound, and applied talents in the context of new engineering disciplines. This article proposes innovative, compound, and applied talent cultivation strategies for engineering colleges under the background of new engineering disciplines.     Objective Explore the feasibility of integrating online and offline (OMO) teaching mode in undergraduate internship teaching in the Department of Anorectal Surgery, Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine. Method 96 interns from the Anorectal Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects, divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group used conventional teaching methods, while the observation group implemented a distinctive OMO teaching model. The teaching results were evaluated by comparing theoretical assessment scores, practical skill assessment scores, and satisfaction surveys. Result The overall theoretical assessment score, Mini CEX, DOPS score, and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of clinical learning efficiency, improvement of learning autonomy, cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine thinking, integration of theory with practice, and satisfaction with ideological and moral aspects (P<0.05). Conclusion The OMO teaching model has a significant effect on improving the quality of teaching in the field of proctology, which can enhance the learning interest, efficiency, and acceptance of interns towards the internship institution.

    Through the investigation of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang, the employment competency evaluation index system of international trade major students in higher vocational colleges is constructed, and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the employment competency of international trade major students.The results show that the employment competency of international trade students in Zhejiang higher vocational colleges (60.4062) is at an average level and needs to be further improved.     The cost of funds for start-up enterprises is an important topic to their operation, specifically referring to the costs incurred by start-up enterprises in using various funds. It plays an important role in financing decisions, investment decisions, and performance evaluation. This article starts from the connotation of funds cost, based on the particularity financing of start-up enterprises, explores the measurement and improvement ideas of funds cost for start-up enterprises. After that, we point out that start-up enterprises should be particularly vigilant against the temptation of low interest rates in the borrowing process; and the cost of equity funds is equal to the investor’s expected return; We can estimate the cost of equity crowdfunding and debt crowdfunding by traditional methods but the high crowdfunding fees cannot be ignored.
