Building the new power system based on new energy has become the only way to transform energy structure in China to achieve clean, safe, and efficient production and consumption of energy. Re-electrification based on the double carbon target aims to create a highly electrified society. It is a typical multi-disciplinary field to achieve clean substitution in the energy production and electric energy substitution in the energy consumption. In order to meet the national development demand, universities must cultivate interdisciplinary talents who can master information and intelligent control technology. The traditional training of electrical engineering talents cannot reflect the multi-disciplinary characteristics of re-electrification and can not meet the demand for talents in the power system. Therefore, an interdisciplinary talent training system of electrical engineering oriented by practical application is studied.

Enhancing the digital literacy of college counsellors is not only a policy requirement for the digitisation of national education, but also a practical need for the cultivation of digital talents and an inevitable choice for the high-quality construction of the counsellor team. The study arrived at four key findings by analysing data from a random sample of 365 college counsellors in Zhejiang Province. Firstly, the overall level of digital literacy of counsellors is high; and there is a significant positive correlation with their career success. Second, there are significant differences in digital literacy among counsellors of different genders, academic qualifications, and job titles; however, there are no significant differences in digital literacy among counsellors of different ages and professional backgrounds. To comprehensively improve the digital literacy of counsellors, it is necessary to adhere to the policy orientation and build a digital environment; stimulate the subjective awareness and strengthen theoretical learning; deepen the internal and external linkage and build a long-term mechanism.

The evaluation of classroom teaching quality has always been a key content in higher education teaching reform. In this paper, aiming at the subjectivity, randomness, and complexity of traditional teacher-student questionnaire survey methods, a method for evaluating classroom teaching quality based on real-time detection of head-up rate is proposed. By improving the YOLOv5 model, a real-time detection algorithm for classroom head-up rate based on the improved model is implemented, serving as an auxiliary means for evaluating classroom teaching quality. Experimental verification and comparative analysis demonstrate that this method has the characteristics of objectivity, real-time feedback, and simplicity of operation, enabling timely and objective evaluation of classroom teaching quality. It can provide a scientific basis for the reform and innovation of course evaluation in various disciplines, offering strong support for improving teaching quality and optimizing teaching effectiveness.

ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode based on OBE concept in nursing practice teaching under the construction of new medical science. Methods100 undergraduate nursing interns who practiced in the surgery system of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to different practice batches. The control group adopted the traditional classroom teaching method based on the teaching method, and the observation group adopted the BOPPPS teaching mode based on the OBE concept on the basis of the traditional teaching method. The comprehensive scores, formative evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the nursing students in the two groups were compared after the intervention. ResultsAfter intervention, the scores of nursing students in the observation group were better than those in the control group in terms of comprehensive scores, cooperative learning, class participation, self-directed learning and independent learning (P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group (teaching method, teacher performance) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionCompared with traditional teaching mode, BOPPPS teaching mode based on OBE concept can effectively improve students'class participation, learning enthusiasm, subjective initiative and cooperative learning behavior in nursing practice teaching, so as to improve the quality of nursing practice teaching.

Establishing a scientific and objective measurement scale can provide decision-making reference for innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges. Based on the perspective of new quality productive forces, an evaluation index system for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability was constructed from six dimensions of innovation ability, personal traits, learning ability, opportunity identification, core competencies, and entrepreneurial ability, using the entropy weight TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)model for empirical measurement. The study found that innovation ability and personal traits were the most important indicators in evaluating college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability, but their overall level was low. According to the level of college students’overall innovation and entrepreneurship ability, they can be divided into three types: creative, practical, and mediocre.
