Research on the Construction of Guarantee Mechanisms for Cultivating Innovative, Composite, and Applied Talents under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract

Abstract: The construction of new engineering disciplines is a complex and systematic educational project with Chinese characteristics. We need to establish a strict talent cultivation system based on the current employment structure of society, and build a quality assurance mechanism for talent cultivation around the demand for standardized talent construction. This article investigates the current research status of talent cultivation and guarantee mechanisms in universities. Research has found that the talent cultivation and guarantee mechanisms in universities are uneven and cannot fully meet the training needs of innovative, compound, and applied talents in the context of new engineering disciplines. This article proposes innovative, compound, and applied talent cultivation strategies for engineering colleges under the background of new engineering disciplines. The article focuses on top-level design construction and a comprehensive and diverse new engineering talent training model, constructing a quality assurance mechanism for talent training, and truly improving and ensuring the quality of innovative, compound, and applied talent training.
