Abstract: In the context of the“Three High and Four New”strategy in Hunan Province, the manufacturing industry is undergoing industrial upgrading and digital transformation. In the manufacturing industry, specialized, refined, and new enterprises account for the majority, and the high-quality development of specialized, refined, and new enterprises will significantly differentiate the demand for composite technical and skilled talents due to the characteristics of the enterprise. Under the special training plan for on-site engineers of the Ministry of Education, this article proposes a“three stage, three abilities, and three cycles” on-site engineer talent training model based on the development and talent demand characteristics of specialized, refined, and new enterprises. It is committed to optimizing talent training plans through the dual main body of schools and enterprises, constructing a“double line parallel”curriculum system of“bottom foundation, middle module, and high-level direction”, and reconstructing the practical teaching system by connecting with typical production practice projects Building a dual teacher structured teaching team and implementing the five implementation paths of an evaluation system centered on professional abilities, achieving precise integration of talent supply and demand, and cultivating high-quality on-site engineers in the new era.
