Abstract: Deepening the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents. By analyzing the current situation of practical teaching, this paper puts forward innovative measures for the practical teaching management system of higher vocational colleges, and implements the education and teaching reform of student-centered,“course”as the basis,“training”as the means,“competition”as the carrier, and“evaluation”as the guarantee, so as to provide reference and reference for the research and practice of practical teaching management in higher vocational colleges.
